Here's exactly how placing an order with Unrols works, from checkout to confirmation.
Placing an order
- Add the pieces you want to your cart and go to checkout.
- Enter your shipping address and contact details — we'll use your phone number to coordinate delivery, especially for Cash on Delivery orders.
- Choose your payment method and review your order total before confirming.
- You'll get an order confirmation by email (and WhatsApp, where available) with your order number.
Payment methods
We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order arrives at your door. This is how most of our customers pay.
- Online payment — pay securely by bank deposit at checkout.
All prices on unrols.com are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include tax. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is free above a minimum of 2500PKR order value.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within [1–2 business days] of being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Changing or cancelling an order
Need to change an address, swap an item, or cancel? Message us as soon as possible at contact@unrols.com or on WhatsApp — we can usually make changes before an order ships, but not once it's out for delivery.
