Unrols ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us or use unrols.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Information we collect
When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we may collect:
- Name, phone number, and email address
- Shipping and billing address
- Order details (items purchased, order value, order history)
- Payment information — processed directly by our payment provider; we do not store full card details
- Messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, or our contact form
- Browsing behavior on our site, collected automatically via cookies, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel/Conversions API (see our Cookie Policy for details)
How we use it
- To process, fulfill, and deliver your order — including sharing your name, address, and phone number with our courier partners
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and respond to support requests
- To send marketing emails and show ads on Instagram/Facebook, where you've consented to this
- To understand how people use our store so we can improve it
- To meet our legal and tax obligations
Who we share it with
We share information only where it's needed to run the business: our courier/delivery partner (to get your order to you), our payment processor (to take payment), Shopify (our store platform), and Meta and Google (for analytics and advertising). We don't sell your personal information to third parties.
Data retention
We keep order and customer data for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns, meet accounting/tax obligations, and resolve disputes — after that, it's deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving marketing emails (you can also unsubscribe directly from any email we send). To do this, email contact@unrols.com.
International orders
If you order from outside Pakistan, your information is processed in Pakistan and may be transferred to service providers (like Shopify, Meta, and Google) operating in other countries as part of running our store.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no online system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
Children's privacy
Unrols isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices change. Continued use of unrols.com after an update means you accept the revised policy.
